collateral - average movie, based on badly thought out consequences and full of poor cliches. could've been so much better.

ya think?, I didn't quite know what to make of it. just kinda went along and then ended. no real poignancy to it.

well I'm an adrien brody and jason schwartzman fan. I thought it was a change from other films. I saw it as 3 guys looking for some sort of release in life from their burdens. they obviously couldn't get over the fact their mom never showed for their dads funeral.

I watched Waking Life. It was alright, just couldn't really hold my attention. I felt like I was in a Philosophy lecture rather than relaxing with a movie. Stylistically it was amazing, and there were some bits that actually were really cool and immersive. Other times I found myself thinking "shit, how long until this ends?" and that's never good.

I can tell it would be a million times better while high off your tits though.

Semi-Pro

Just saw it yesterday, lots of laugh out loud moments. It's not a regular Will Ferrell comedy because Woody Harrelson seems to have more back story and camera time than Will Ferrell. It's also funny because it's not about a great from the top falling down to the bottom then getting back up again. Which seems to be all his movies.

Check it out, not as funny as Anchor Man or Telledaga, way funnier than blades of glory tho.

will ferrel is one of those actors that cant act. I love him, but every movie is more him being will ferrel then acting. like his movies should go like the "ernest" movies.

will ferrel goes ice skating
will ferrel is an elf
will ferrel: news anchor
will ferrel goes race car driving
will ferrel goes old school
will ferrel's night at the roxbury
will ferrel: that designer in zoolander

I agree. I don't think I've seen one movie of his in the past 5 years that I would ever watch again, most of them I didn't even finish.
