It's a real shame because the book is amazing. Seriously incredible. But they changed so much shit, it was like a completely different story. We turned it off halfway through.

EDIT:
Sky Captain and The World of Tomorrow - really liked this; stylish and enjoyable. Gwenyth Paltrow is terrible in it.

I Now Pronounce You Chuck And Larry- WTF? I didn't think I'd ever watch it but my friend's Dad bought it so I insisted they put it in.

I don't recommend it.

Pretty good for a B-alien-softcore porn flick. Considering that Natasha Henstridge is naked 85% of the time she's on screen made this more enjoyable. What I don't understand is how they got Ben Kingsley, Michael Madsen and Alfred Molina on board. Still recommended for a night in with some beers, if you haven't seen it already.
