I watched American Psycho and loved it... Never got around to watching Observe and Report, because I left to go to my parent's house and watched Adventureland with my cousin... Ended up turning the movie off halfway through.

These opinions are a little vague... but only because I'm leaving them up to your own interpretations.

Well, American Psycho was probably one of the better movies that I have seen in some time now. It was annoying the way that Christian Bale's character talked the entire movie, but also rather amusing. The best part was either the killing of Paul Allen or the killing of the prostitute with a chainsaw.

Adventureland was just pathetic. That's pretty much all I have to say about that.


Also, I named my boy after me considering he was born on my birthday.

Alonzo is a name of strength a potent seed.

Just watched Capitalism: A Love Story. Has the typical flaws of any Michael Moore film. But, it's really fucking interesting, and makes a lot of great points. It's pretty devastating. I was entertained the whole time, though.

I saw the Invention of Lying and I was pretty disappointed. I was really ill whilst watching it though but it just doesn't seem to carry itself very well. Was alright.

It looks real funny to me but I don't see how they can keep the premise fresh for an hour. Did it feel like a skit that went on too long?

Zombieland, real funny, some wack plot holes that kept the story going but plenty of laughs and violence. Side note, I sharted driving home from this movie.

The second half went so downhill, he could have done so much more with the idea but it got really stale really fast. It's almost as though he assumed the audience loved the actors as much as he does so we get to watch loads of countless scenes which looked as though they were added purely because he had them there.

I wouldn't buy it on DVD and that's saying something from a guy who owns Tokyo Drift.

Was pretty funny, especially the crack head beat down. I didn't know that Imre had starred in this.

I felt like it tried to be Fight Club so hard. Thoughts?

I would say that having a movie about a guy with a split personality and nothing else to do with the book or movie of Fight Club doesn't automatically constitute a rip of Fight Club.

I think the only bit that was similar was them like "Ivan doesn't exist brahh" but they didn't play that out like some huge twist or anything. It's about his descent into madness from his insomnia from not being able to get over what he did.

I really enjoyed it.

Christian bale killed that, but anderson was telling me the same shit about fight club the last time I brought it up.

Half naked christian bale is all me though.

Eh, whenever I watch a film and think about how similar it is to another film the entire time, it feels like a rip.
