Eastwood came up with racial slurs I hadn't even heard of before.

"I thought you slopes were supposed to be good at math."

That works on 2 levels.

See I was expecting a normal new millenium remake/sequel with no creativity to it what so ever and with very polished scenery and actors picked out from fucking Smallville but it turned out to be everything but. It's filmed in a classic 70s/80s slasher style, you know with the close ups on people's reactions (not excessively though so it doesn't get dumb) and so on and it does have humor to it as well, and the kills are VERY creative.

edit: I haven't seen 2 or 3 either but I've heard they are shit and don't really have anything to do with #1. I do like the first one, don't get me wrong on that, it's just the modern horror elements I was expecting that surprised me with their absence.

The Watchmen

Good stuff, the director was pretty loyal to the book, interesting music choices, shitty ending.

'Envy' with jack black and ben stiller.

Saw it in a bargain bin and bought it expecting it to be a piece of shit.

But I loved it, really quirky. But admittedly I had smoked myself into a coma that night, so I would have probably found anything funny.

ah, I watched the edited version on television, thought it didn't make sense.

more of a "teen thriller" than "decent horror"
