For situations u were in (and others u get in shitloads of times).. you should really be able to make a good header... they are quite effective.

Yep. All the major streets in downtown have video cameras installed and are monitored 24/7 by the police.
Not to mention there was a fuckload of witnesses.
I wouldnt even have tried to evade.
