Fuck decline, just do flat and incline.
I like doing decline first, then dips and crossover followed by incline last. I don't do flat no more. After that, I move onto back, biceps and triceps. Dips are great for triceps too, but I also like the extensions with the dumb-bells.
Is there any truth to using a heavy weight first and then straight after, following it up with a low weight? I've been doing it with my biceps lately and it seems to be working well. I set the barbell to a heavy weight, do about 10 reps and then immediately pick up the 2 dumb-bells on lower weights and manage about 6 or 7 reps. Really gets them straining, I must say.
I try semi isometric dumbell curls after heavy bicep curls, fuck is it hard and damn does it work. Try this after a couple of minutes of resting from low rep, high weight barbell or dumbell curls;
hold 2 barbells as your side, they will need to be of a low weight, lower than you think. I personally do 12.5kg, make sure your knuckles are pointed inwards towards your legs. Lift the dumbells one at a time, not both at the same time. Lift your right arm as if your were doing a dumbell curl, except with your knuckles facing inward, stop lifting at chest level instead of shoulder level, so your arm is out vertically at a 90 degree angle, then turn your hand 90 degrees as if you were holding a dumbell as you normally would with curls, and hold it in an isometric state for 5 seconds before turning your hand back 90 degrees and slowly lowering your arm to the side again. Do the same for your other arm. Do 10 - 15 reps per arm, per set and your biceps will be burning like fuck.
Another good idea is to take a 10KG EZ curl bar and do as many reps per set, when you cannot do one more pass it to your partner who does the same, swap the bar when each has done to failure. 6 - 8 sets of this and you will be screaming.
I find the pump I get from these 2 high rep excersises is amazing and they helped my biceps to grow a lot since I have implemented them
