Haha, nah.

ECA stacks are fine as long as you control the doses carefully. They are good when you are "cutting up" as they act as a thermogenic (raising body temperature by 3 - 5%) and they also can give you strength increases when lifting weights of up to 10% in which I added 5KG to my bench press yesterday from being on a plateau for a while.

If you're sensitive to caffeine, you may be sensitive to ephedrine and this stack may have an adverse affect on you, but I aint so it's all good :happy:

That can't be good for your heart, but I really have no room to talk, I just drank a Monster.

But its ugly and a total joke. I see more of these "built" guys than probably any of you, as they think its super awesome to come to my bar in the tight tank tops. And not once have I seem someone who hasnt gone over board and looks a total fucking joke. I dont know if they think that the girls are like "whoa your hot cause you look like a bus". But they literally can barely walk, they wobble. I pity them at times. What im getting at is dont over do it Gaz, make sure your in the right preportion.
