Would there be any point me gettign a tape deck when I have a HDV cam that will do the same job?

Or would it do the same job?

it would stop you're cameras play/rewinde life time from dropping everytime you capture and watch tapes back.

but with the amount of cameras you own I wouldnt worry about it

No point unless you're dealing with a fuckload of tapes. Anyway, the good HD decks are about £25 grand ;)

Noice.

I got a new polarizer cos I lost my other one (fell out my pocket, I think it happened when I answered my phone). I can't live without one. You'll be surprised how much of a difference those things make.

Yeah man I know what you mean. I got a Linear Polarizer with my filter kit but to be honest reflections have never really been a problem for me.

It's not just the reflections (although it can be handy when filming from outside into shops), but the colour saturation is so much better too. Especially when your cam doesn't have very vivid colour to begin with...which mine doesn't unfortunately.

Ahh right well the HDR-HC7 uses the x.v.Color sensor which can capture or display nearly twice as many (1.8x) viewable colors than currently possible. This provides a more accurate and vivid color range, for a more natural, lifelike overall experience.

HOW D'YA LIKE THEM APPLES VODE.
