It all just proper roped me in. Yeah, the combat seemed a bit simplistic, but I love the idea of the solos to solve puzzles in the world (a nod to the days of Ocarina of Time), plus you get upgrades as you go to give new attacks and so on.
I'm also a big RTS fan, so the chance to have a heavy-metal themed army while I'm actually playing on the battlefield and doing DMC-style combat really appeals to me. Definitely going on my wishlist.
