got a question.
I wanna throw dish detergent into the fountain downtown so it all suds up and stuff. if I film it, don't show anyones faces, how would the cops go about looking for me and stuff, assuming they see the clip in our DVD.
Funny you should ask this, in the city I work in there is this fountain and last weekend someone did exectly that. They must have put a shit load in there cause the suds were like 6 feet high. I was like "wtf" when I drove by, it looked like huge snowbanks.
What did we do about it? We laughed and stood around it. There is actually no criminal element to it, cause it didnt destory anything. A city works guy came out and put some special chemical in it that made the suds die down. End of story.

Many cities have restrictions of fireworks so I could charge you with that. Then I could charge you for disturbing the peace, then if it was at night many cities also have noise restrictions so I could charge you with that. If it wreaks anything on the porch, I could charge you with criminal damage to property, and finally if it sets the house on fire, arson, which is very serious crime.

I can charge a minor for anything I can an adult, its just done in juvenile courts. For more serious crimes such as arson, and criminal damage to property, if you 17 you can be charged as an adult.
