18 yes. I dont think it is really legal to drink outside in some places but I guess theres ganan be too much drinkers roaming the streets and beaches in newquay for the police to do anything...And im not sure aroudn there but in BRighton a pint is normally around £2.60 I think.

Depends how drunk you are I guess. If you become aggressive or hostile towards them they will probably arrest you.
