Ok here is my update.

Wednesday the 9th. Thursday the 10th. Leave on the 11th.

They gave us a room with a bunk bed and 1 double bed so technically we have room for 4. The guy on the phone was a dude. But it is going to be me, Sam and Ian. I dont think Becki is coming anymore (sorry Mike :P) And we are only there for 2 nights but 3 days, so we're going to have to make the best of it.

We're all booked so this is awn.

right, so our train is booked. we'll be assaulting the town at 2pm on the 7th, very likely already completely wasted.
