I know I know, no one gives a damn, but I failed my first life gaurd test and I came back fucking passed with flying colors, not one damn mistake.

I'm gonna get paid 6.25 and hour to sit on my ass and look at chicks in bikini's.

Fuck yes, gonna get me a new camera, gonna film me up some vids and I can finally stop bumming shit from my friends (even though I will still do it).

Life guard is a fun and boring job at the same time. My friend used to be a life guard, but he got fired because he wasn't going to save somebody that started to drown.

Saving people isn't that hard unless they have a spinal injury so I'm not stressed bout that.

just imagine having a dead 80 year-old just being pulled out of the water by you, and you'll have to clean his/her mouth, and blow air into his/her nose. And pushing his/her chest... And you do it, and he/she is technically dead. I am not sure I would be able to do it.

5.15 !!!! WOW

that's low.. :S I'd never take a job if id get payed under 8€ = ~8$

EDIT: But on the other hand its much cheaper there.. so maybe I would.. cause id still be able to buy all the same stuff that I would in Finland...

Minimum wage here is something ridiculous like £4.13 or something under 18 and £5.50 over I think.....it sucks :sad2:

Minimum wage here is like €3 (like £2.50) an hour, fucking ridiculous considering the average house price is like €500,000 ($700,000) and food is more expensive than the UK.

Prices have gone up, wages have remained the same. The average wage in the city of Malaga is €600 a month, so you can imagine it when I say I know 30 year olds that live with their parents. Insane economy here.
