Well..... Technically; yes.

But, thats one key element which I wouldn't consider part of HG, but it just is part of it.
Alot of groups will film just for the money, which is good (gets a group filming) and bad (distracts people away from the real point) which is mainly just something we all enjoy doing, for ourselves and for other peoples entertainment and no one (or no thing) should be forcing you to do it.

Sorry.... Maybe you didn't mean it that way, but I really hate the whole money thing which has gotten into HG now, it can only lead too good but it's just doesn't seem right

He means you have to SPEND money for props and stuff. At this point of life there isnt really any to spare for stunts. Or time for that mather.

This is just my opinion but it gives me the shits when groups save EVERYTHING for a DVD.

If people like your stuff prior to your DVD being out (and have a fanbase) you're more likely to sell more DVD's when it comes out anyway.

For me, I wanted to make sure as many people saw our stuff as possible, thats why we put so much online every week. The DVD was an afterthought at the end of us and we just wanted to put all our stuff on one DVD for us.

We never did it for the money and we got a bigger rush the more people saw our stuff than money can ever bring.

I show good footage online, but I don't wanna show everything that's gonna be in the DVD. I want people to be able to see some fresh stuff.

We didnt spend a cent on props for the first 2 years we were around. You dont need money for props if you've got ideas.

I think the only time we bought props were when I bought mousetraps, and Mt.Cans.

We found most of our crap.
