I need the copyright outa these pics cuz I wanna use em as a background, ive tryed on photoshop but I suck at it.

Taking tht out would class as piracy...and hgf does not support pirates, or any other form of seabound gentlemen.

Simple. Take the magic wand tool in PS, Gimp or whatever and select the watermarked areas. Then adjust the saturation and mybe brightness/contrast. If you're lucky you're almost done. Now correct the remaining artefacts.
The proper workflow depends on how the watermark is made. Either by desaturating or contrast change, etc.
