there is nothing to do about it now I know
but it thought me a good lesson not to trust no outside editor with my fottage in the future
so im asking again if there will be a sequil could I edit my own fottage?

I just got our copies, haven't watched it all yet, but calling yourself the director in the opening of it, kind of makes sense I know, but don't think you should have but it. editing was a big dissapointment mostly, no colour correction on anything, the majority of it wasn't edited to the music at all, especially the first song used in our section, is shit. but case and cover etc, looked pro, menu was pro but lacked something I dunno what.
I didn't think color correction was necessary especially considering some footage was grainy like wgas and short bus. I'll keep this in mind for next time.

Foul Play sold pretty well online, your producer mate sounds like he knows about as much as you Moody. Fact is you have done no real marketing or promotion. Spamming forums and yourtube doesnt really count for much dude, those people arent going to be your customers, 99% of them are kids and probably dont even have a credit card.

The meeting yesterday was with the distributor that releases the products on commercials and then into the stores. It was my second meeting with them in the past 2 weeks. Everything went very well and it looks like everything will be on commercials in the USA in the next 4-6 months, possibly sooner, if everything goes as planned. They told me some things they want and I'll write about this later today or tomorrow for everybody.
I was going to post about this last night but the website was down and I couldn't post.
If the DVD goes onto TV, it will start on TV commercials and then the same company distributes the DVDs in the stores.
Groups in the DVD will get the first payment the first week of July.

probably monday/tuesday, there's packages I need to send out for business so I will include it then.
did u ever notice the strange humming noise on your footage? maybe it just happened in the tape transfer when I went to ntsc but whenever there isn't music, there was a weird hum. you guys might have been shooting footage in your bedroom near a computer that was, an air conditioner or a mini refridgerator.

could of been the pc fan as I take the sides off in the summer to stop it over heating. but im pretty sure it was turned off as we was right next to it.
prob when it was converted as when some video games start up they ask to be displayed in pal 50 or ntsc 60. if you pick 60 on a pal tv theres a high pitch sound that annoys me so I geuss it could do the same for you guys with pal footage
I do have a mini refridgerator but the camera wouldnt of picked that up

hotel mini refrigerators always make noise. when u shoot footage around them u need to unplug them.
