Man, you're too gullible. Back in the days I ran my webhosting company I got at least 50 phishing scam e-mails a day, hover your mouse over the link and you can clearly see it's a fake.
Another way you can tell the scam from a real PayPal email is that PayPal will always address you by the name you have in your account and they will never ever ask you to update your information.
