I could never see myself getting away with this shit round here, dunno wether that's like me worrying or what but it just seems like if you did that shit here you'd get fucked up, maybe it's cause I've never tried it but if I saw a skag head fucking around I'd stay as fucking far away from him as I could...

haha I'm not sure what you have to worry about because I have no idea what your homeless population is like there, but I really doubt they are any worse than the ones down here. Downtown LA is the homeless capital of the nation. More bums, drugs, and crime go on in a 5 block radius down here than in almost all of California. Here are some random facts..

I take it you cant get this dude to sign a form, so what can you do about showing it in a dvd? as I see peoples faces blured in alot of dvds now. what can happen legaly?

When someone makes a scene in public it can be considered 'newsworthy' and getting a signed release form isn't very neccessary.
In the U.S. anyone can sue you for anything. You're always at risk. All you can do is minimize the chances of them winning.
It isnt very likely these guys will ever know about the video, and it's even less likely that they'll find a lawyer to take this to court. I'm not worried about it.
