That is insane. And mad. You should be shot for being an insane madman.
For a start, the Rangers represented the purest force of good the world, nay, the universe has ever seen. We can see this because all racially equal teams work for the forces of good: Captain Planet, The Magic School Bus, the list goes on. If it weren't for them, we'd all be neutered and made out of putty, with balls for hands, giant mutant fish stamping on our buildings.
Now let us entertain the theory that they were evil. And you say we should have fought back? Gobbledegook. They triumphed time and again over a witch living on the moon with unimaginable power and an infinite army of hellish monsters. Their lycra gave them invincibility. They drove ROBOTS THE SIZE OF SKYSCRAPERS...SHAPED LIKE DINOSAURS. Nothing will ever be better than that.
"Oh, look, I'm James Bond in my fast sports car and oh my god, I just got crushed to death in the robotic jaws of a Tyrannosaurus Rex."
But that's just it, we've already discussed in detail how they WEREN'T racially equal. They reinforced stereotypes and were steadfast advocates for WHITE supremacy. Why do you think Tommy was the ultimate Ranger? The best of the best. The Black dude wasn't even a contender, it was an epic battle for supremacy between two WHITE men. Both were Anglo-Saxons and Protestants too. They formed together to create the Grand DragonZord (a common name for the leader of the KKK).
THERE GOES THAT ARGUMENT.
Granted, they weren't
equal, but my point remains that they had a representative from all walks of life, like a model UN that can kill you with lasers. Let's not forget that the most powerful Zord was based on Godzilla; and I'm sure we're all aware that he's been a Japanese citizen for almost seventy years. There was nothing corrupt in the Rangers. Only that Kimberly chose Jason over Rocky. That harlot.

Why do you think she has infinite power? Because she is God! She has been sending prophet after prophet in puddy form to warn us of the impending doom that the Dark Lord Zordon is plotting for us. But, we don't give them time to speak to us, to try and learn their language. This is another case of the Babel-Effect, we're too ignorant and headstrong to learn the language of a people trying to help us. Those are angels sent from Heaven to warn us, and we kill them. That's why they're so susceptible. Rita isn't going to hand-feed us freedom, we have to earn it through respect and understanding. We can't just overreact and hit em' in the Evapo-button once we see them.
We have it on good authority that God is not some slanty-eyed, scratchy-voiced Queen of PMS. He's an
old man, probably not with a physical form. Is it coincidence that the letters O and D of "God" are both found in the name Zordon? How many are found in "Rita Repulsa"? Rita is evil, it is common fact. She tempted Tommy with the power of the Green Ranger: another parallel to Satan. Not to mention
Green. She used Tommy's envy of Rocky as the basis for the power of the Green Ranger. One of the deadly sins. Would Zordon utilise such a heinous method? I think not.
I could go on, but I think I've proved my point.
