what a joke, RAM "programs" won't do shit. with a celeron 1200 with 128 im suprised you can run windows. if your shit is a name brand computer go to www.crucial.com and answer the questions, you probably need pc100 or 133 RAM which is pretty damn old. either way you can probably get away with spending $50 on 512 and $100 on a gig ... I would get a gig.
