There's a big difference between Muslims and terrorists, terrorists use Islam as an excuse to hurt people and to opress and bully people weaker than them BUT THEY HAVE NO PART IN ISLAM

Hahaha. And who are you to say this man? You just read it and think tahts the truth? so your saying half the people who were chanting when London was blown up are not part of ISLAM? hahaha. Dude you sound like a muslim trying to save his ass.

I ain't saying I agree with what they're doing but you gotta understand how offensive it is what they've done, it's not like drawing a picture of an iraqui with a bomb but because this dude should not be drawn or visualised and they've done that knowingly, all they have to do is apologise and whats the harm in that

because why should they appologize for something they have the right to do?
why should the militant fundamentalist muslims decide what the fuck we should print in our papers.

I'm sure some of them feel they have the right to blow us up and highjack us. Just because you hjave the right to do something do not mean that it is the morally right thing to do in that given situation. And as patty says it's not the muslims that are threatening to kill people. they are threatening a day of protest, which seems more peaceful than what we did when they did something we didn't like. It's the extremists that take it too far and you have them with every organisation established in society today, you're just being fucking stereotypical assuming that all muslims are the source of terrorism and that it's ok to insult all muslims by casting this stereotype upon them and just being to simple minded to look at things from a different light,.

Im not saying that every muslim is a terrorist, and I didnt say terrorist I said "militant fundamentalist muslim" which the issue is about,it may not be that islam condones terrorism but they have a higher rate of them in comparison to other religions.
and im not simple minded im just fucking tired of people who think blowing things up and kidnapping is the answer to evverything.
if we appologize now ,they(not your everyday muslim, but the militant fundamentalist ones) will think that it works and do it again whenever theres a little thing that bothers them.

and when did you and patty join the muslim fan club?

edit:fek u feig

Fan club?! Wtf?

Im not in any fan club, I was just trying to make the point that theres a difference between the 2

And how is it that you just cant stop posting on this, you have a complete and obvious incompeteance on the whole subject, so instead of posting about something you know nothing about just learn that you just make yourself look even more stupid with every word you type

The pic is probably more offensive to them then people cheering about the twin towers getting bombed...

As you said ,being the font of all knowlege about all things ethical and muslim, yourself religion runs their life. If we're to go and ultimaltly ridicule their religion then they have every right to be pissed off and expect an apology, wether u like it or not the people who wrote that article were stupid to have done so. I don't think that people should die over it as the extremists do for obvious reasons but I do feel that the muslim community is deserving of an apology.

you weren't talking about the act you were talking about the cheering and how some of the muslims aren't terrorist. I was as angry as any person about the wanton loss of life during those bombing. And yeah it is a big insult to them as you said, again emphasising your irrefutable knowlege of muslim society and beliefs, religion runs their lives, and to commit a huge obsenity to it is gonna piss people off. It's not like expressing an opinion about it like saying Jesus is an idiot, but it is doing something that they do not do out of respect and then making the matter worse by associating that icon in their religion to terrorists which they feel as much anger too as we do. because ultimatley they are open to it and fall victim to it a lot more than we do...

I wasn't saying don't print offensive things, but that was uncalled for and was guarenteed to piss off 100% of the muslim community guarenteed. When people post anti-christian cartoons im sure a large number of people can complain, but some will not because obviously it's hard to find something that will anger every single person in a religion.

There was just no need for it, maybe an iraqui doing it but the specific reference to mohamed was intentional and uncalled for

Well when you consider that countless billions of people over the years have based their lives on the idea that Muhammad saved them all from eternal damnation and that he bought God into their lives

Then yes, it is far more offensive than 2,740 people dying in an attack by a group of people who use religionas an excuse to hurt people, who infact have very little to do with Islam at all

Patty doesn't speak on behalf of me, I don't think any people's feeling should be deemed more important or more valuable than anothers. Which is why the hurt feelings of those INNOCENT muslims couldn't give a fuck about the terrorists should not be ignored because a few people from their country or religion chose to act like complete fuckwits. Just like the people who were hurt emotionally and physically from the London bombings should not have been jeered or ignored by the people cheering about it.

Ok just answer this, why should the lifes of innocent muslims that have done nothing to us and nothing to suggest they are terrorists, hate the west or any other stupid stereotypes be ridiculed by people as a result of a small few's actions. who in fact they have already tried to disown and seperate themselves from.

It's in the same way that an old woman would complain seeing nudity on violence on tv. You have your right to think it's fine but they too have the right to be mightily pissed off and expect an apology. And taking it lightly. That's their entire way of like ridiculed and made to look stupid, in their situation I'd be pissed off too because there is no common ground where you can see ah that's acceptable. Many people might be able to understand the link between the bomb and the muslim guy, but either way they still commited something offensive to the muslim community as a whole from whatever way they look at it,. That picture will offend every single muslim out there and the people drawing the cartoon knew that and idioticly chose to carry on publishing it..> Which as u say is their right but it is also the muslim people's right to demand an apology if you look at it like that. Whether they should get the apology is a different matter. I still personally think they should.

I do understand your point man. I am a proud English person and also see my Queen as the only person apart from my family that I feel the need to die for... Sounds stupid to alot of people I know as they see the queen as doing nothing.... But I cant help it its how I feel.

But if someone makes a cartoon pic of her I get what id say ismad... but I just turn the page as it is not my view but the view of someone else and they have that right as do otehrs who read it.

I know its not the same as my hwole life is not run by this but I dont believe in any religion... Nor do I want too. But why should any news paper in my own country have to say sorry to someone for there faith? In england you can now have a faith of "The Force" which is from Star Wars (its true lol) but if I drew a pic of R2D2 fucking Obi one (Can it be done?!) I odnt think tehy would get pissed off too much.

Its my country and here I and everyone else should be able to say and write whatever they want. Even if it offentds peoples ways of life... as not all agree with there way of life... As they dont ours.

I am sure tehy have tehre own booksand newspapers (They do in England) and they print think I and other poeple do not agree with.

What you said was dude was that they shouldn't complain, and they have every right to like. Like you said aswell if someone said shit about the queen... For instance she goes doggy with her corgis, that would piss you off but you have the understanding that that is someone's opinion. Drawing the picture of mohamed was nothing to do with opinion but more something that no one is allowed to do...

To put it in a way that we could sort of comprehend it's like someone putting a picture of kiddy porn in their paper. But then even worse associating that with something worse linked to an undesirable group of your community... I know it's not the same and might sound silly, but you gotta understand how a lot of the muslim community can get pissy and feel they deserve an apology

as I said before whether they should get one is a different matter but they have quite a strong case to demand one and I think it's fair enough, it's a shame the smut that is the terrorist and extremist groups has again brought bad attention to their people. Because the muslim's decided on a day of protest (not a day of raping and pillaging and beheading all westerners) which is quite a peacful way of going about things.

Because of the actions of the terrorists, the stuborn or ill informed could be lead to believe that it is muslims in general that are fucking shit up and that is not the case which is why I supported them in this scenario.

Not really man. Kiddie porn is real. this mohamed guy is not. yeah he lives ages ago but nothing is proven that what he did was true... But a kid being raped is real and wrong.

Also a kid being raped is a issue for everyone in this world where as this mohamed guy only offents a small portion of the western world... Other countries have no right to say what we do so thewre not included.
