I've got another one, I hate it when admins abuse their powers

Or Mods for that matter, like when they close threads just because they dont like them when some people may actually be interested in them.

Or when they ban newbies straight away without giving them a chance to prove that there not fags

I dont like the way you said that, im closing this thread and banning you for insulting me.

1. Bad spelling/grammar. I really can weep sometimes.

2. People who post in serious topics and yet bring nothing worthwhile to the conversation.

3. People who ruin a perfectly good topic with a useless comment that they think sounds cool but actually degrades them. This sounds the same as the previous peeve, but it's not.

4. Groups who release videos under the description "WE R00L N U ALL NOES EET"

5. Needless offense.

6. Jumping to the conclusion that just because someone disagrees with your point, they are 'jumping on your balls' and then letting loose pathetic retorts. I usually laugh it off at first but it starts getting really pathetic fast. There are some really insecure people on here.

I think thats the problem, the new member's don't understand how this forum operates (well, operated...it's kinda gone to shit now) and just talk as much crap as they like.

I agree. Back in the day you could post a really useless post, and it was funny because everyone knew it was tongue-in-cheek. Now people post needless posts just for the sake of it.

The only thing I don't like is when someone is disrespectful for no reason and when good teams flame new people... I mean all the new people coming in are going to be new fans and new people spreading your site about and things, being a dick to them will just give you one less person that likes you and makes you look arrogant...

Apart from that the odd arguement and stuff is natural. And there are always going to be idiots that post shit, but like over time you realise posting shit isn't that funny, I used to post a load of bollocks but am trying to work out less spam and make my posts more relevant and I think as people grow up or are here for longer the less silly shit you post

Not really, the guy knows exactly what he's doing. He talks excessive shit then claims he's innocent and tries to justify it with terriblly thought out excuses.

Yeh he gets kinda offensive too some people, but these seem to be the people he has arguments with in the past.

He is one of the most productive mmebers of the forums and normally makes half decent posts. I think a ban is harsh.

When we first made the new rules, we obviously werent going to ban every single person who is sarcastic or offensive. The rules were implented to filter out the people who take it to the extreme...IE Boner Jones. Nearly every post he makes he tries to start shit. Hes done it in 3 different threads today. Im sick of him shitting on every thread. Ever since the rules were made...he has been purpously trying to go against those rules.

The rules against certain behavior are vauge...so rarely any action will be taken against those who go against it. But the rule against disrespecting mods & admins has no exceptions. He started shit with a mod, he was suspended. He made a new account to talk shit, he was IP banned.

This isnt open for discussion. Some will think Im a prick for this, others will be glad he's gone. I really dont care. When BJ is ready to contribute something decent to this place, I'll unban him. He can either STFU or GTFO.
