I go to bed so late that I can barely remember waking up in the mornings anyway. Fucking insomnia sucks, grrr.

Last night I managed to squeeze in a semi decent sleep though. I think I may have had this before when I was really sleep deprived, except I woke up and this girl from some horror movie was on my ceiling. Scary as fuck.

Scary as fuck....for like a second I fucked that bitch for 5 hours straight then sent her ass packing back to hell were she came from. After that I took a piss, and smoked a bowl, and I used my dong to pack the bong."

I had this shit when I was young like around 10 or somethng and I had a bunk bed. I did everything like nuggeto said and I could only fall asleep staying still cause I had some ADD thing oor something from medication I was on. So I would fall asleep and usually wake up about 30 min with this shti and it would last for 10 -20 min and I would usually have one of those licker things from RE2 mixed in with a human. One night I woke up just screaming like crazy and I was still kinda in this weird trance my parents took me to the hospital and on the way I wasnt able to read anything I didnt think we were in a car I was cold and I thought we were on the wrong side of the road. Found out that I pretty much had some fucked up breathin problem and head problems.... Now its all gone sorta.

One of the scariest things about is if when you try to yell for help, I mean My brother was right next to me and I was trying to get him up to help me but I couldn't even make my mouth move.

Ok this has happend to me loads and it as scary as fuck, and the first time it happend to me was the same day I tried playing with a oija board and I was scared as hell.

You can induce it by laying completely still before you go to bed, I mean don't move at all, try not to fall asleep and after about an hour your whole body will be numb and then try moving but not to hard, you will feel a floating feeling at first and then you will be stuck there. It's pretty cool actually and sometimes you can actually induce an out of body experince type thing, anyways I gotta go now but I'll give you guys some more info on it tomorrow.

isnt that called meditating?

probably because they have such a huge imagination, and go through the phase of being scared of the dark. and go to bed nervous. just my theory, cause when I was young, I watched childs play, and the first time I can remember having it, chuckie had me pinned down.

Yeah I had this once, I had this wierd dream where I was walking down this empty country road at night with fences either side of me then this gremlin type thing jumped at my face outta no where, it made me jump so bad I woke up and couldn't move for a minute or so. Was a fucked up experience.
Never knew it had an actual word for it though.

I've had one or two of these but not as scary as some of the other peoples. My uncle was trying to kill me and I wasyelling for help nothing came out.. I think I could move my body though.. just no sound came out of my mouth.

I also get those falling dreams a lot where you fall off a cliff or get hit by a car and it scares the shit out of you. You like jump in your sleep and wake up and the bed is shaking cuz you jumped so bad.

they say if you hit the ground in those dreams you die, which is way you always wake up right before you hit. but it was proved a myth.

I've had that before... I had bugs "crawling all over me and in my mouth" which is what my maniphestations of my mind created... it fucks you up.

I will always remember when that happened because I think it is emotionally scarring to some extent.

I had a really weird similar one like this, except it was that my father tried to kill me and shot me, I couldn't move and tried to crawl away but couldn't. Come to mention it, when I was a kid I had reccuring dreams like this. I used to dream that armed robbers were breaking in, coming to kill me and I'd drop to the floor and literally couldn't move no matter how hard I tried to crawl.

They were fucked dreams.
