How come when im watching a video and pause it and print screen and paste into Photoshop and save the image is just blank Image file not present in the recovered backup

Is there anyway round it? I dont have the original save when I was editing it (if that makes sence) so I cant use Prem Pro to take a frame

I dont think print screen can capture video windows for some reason, its ghey like that. there are progs thast will do it though. google em =]

I just import it to flashMX and take a screen in there.
Converts every frame to a image.
