My lawyer told me that the throwing of bodily fluids is known as "gassing" in the US and is common in Prisons. It's a felony...and is a heavily punished crime in prisons because the inmates tend to throw shit and blood at guards....and the imates have aids and stuff and it just aint cool.

Weak is right on, this is a heavy felony due to all the diseases that can be carried by your bodily fluids. We just had a case in my department where someone spit on one of our officers, and he was charged with a felonly just for that, let alone pissing. I am sure where you live its a very heavy fine and prolly jail time, but I cant be sure based on me only knowing US laws.
EDIT: I just read a post asking about spit, usually spitting is only a felony if you spit on somsone acting in an offical law enforcment capacity. If you spit on an average person I would charge you with disorderly conduct, or possibly a simple assault. But if you throw blood, urine, or feces then its a felony as described above.
