Some of those pictures showed that the world is a cruel and fucked up place. Makes one realize how lucky one is.

I agree, it displayed how the world differs from a cruel and unwelcoming place to paradise. If only it could be more paradise..

Yeah tho. it feels that paradise only excists in the moment captured in the picture. Only for that split second, then its gone.

The idea to do a HGF one was good...

Would be cool if someone could make a flashvideo with captions similar to this one.

HGF teams could send like 2-3pictures with captions to the maker(s) Would be HGF moments captured and shared with the community. Sounds beautifull!

any volunteers?

This picture is touching. Amazing how the kid trys to reach for his dad. Or is the guy holding his hand to rough with the little fella? I dont know. All I know is that it brought old jonesy close to tears...

The father died for nothing... He didnt die for his country or for his fellow americans, nope he died because of a regim that will stop at nothing to secure its future wealth.

War on terrorism? Bullshit! In my opinion Operation Iraq Liberation allso known as O.I.L. sounds more apropriate.

Im out good night guys! luv you!

Good idea, although with the procrastination of late you'd have to direct it.

And I totally agree with everything you said, especially the part about the soldier dying pointlessly. Soldiers lives seem so unvalued by some, it takes an image like that to grasp the full reality.

Very sad.
