2-3 times a day. Once right when I wake up, around the afternoon sometimes, and always at night.
I have OCD (Obsessive Compolsive Disorder) and I need to make shure I'm clean. It's not that bad or anything but I can't stand just having 1 shower a day.

About 5 times a week. I used to more but my GF dont mind and I just cant be botherd with it.
I also like baths more which is prob why I dont much as I never get time for it.
