Apparently my purchase was recognised as potentially fradulent, fucking bollocks.

Does anyone have a CC that they could pay this with and I send the funds to you via paypal? If so gimme your PayPal address.

Thanks

Lolz, this is the second time I've tried to use it. I think it's because my billing address isn't my physical location.

LOL @ you gaiz.

And Karl, it makes perfect sense. When aplying for my bank account, I had to give an address. I didn't have my residencia card on me, as I'd lost it several months back and getting a new one takes 10 months. Anyway, I had to give them a UK address, so I gave them that of my grandmother. When trying to purchase Steam, it asked me "select here if you live in your billing address country", I didn't and it said I had to, if I wanted to purchase steam. I decided to click "yes", so after doing so it told me I was making a fradulent order, so I figured out that they checked my physical location via IP.

At least, that's what I can gather.
