Umm Im just gonna try to copy and paste from what I told another friend, I made it sound pretty homo so just mind that.

Ok, well this story sucks and I wish the outcome was better. I think you know Dylan and Huy, but they were both fighting and saying like shut the fuck up and stop the shit and cussing. So some old guy just comes up to us and is all " Stop fucking cussing you shouldnt put up with that shit" The guy was a complete idiot cause he made him sound like he was defending Dylan.. Then the guy said " Im tired of you little shits dropping fuck bombs and Im not putting up with this shit so stop it you little shit fucks" Knowing the guy is a fucking hypocrite cause he just cussed us out and SAID I was part of the cussing fun! So I waited tell the ass hole came outta walgreens and he comes out so I just yelled " I love the fucking word FUCK, FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK" so the damn bitch gets all pissed off comes over and is all Which one of you is the smart mouth. So I just tell him I dont know whats up with him. He came up and kicks me so Im like wtf and Im all shocked and shit woundering if I should hit him back or what.. So he trys to sock me and gives me a little love tap in the cheeck. So im like freaked out that this guy is like not taking his med and I run and I go into walgreens and yell child abuse this guy just fucking hit me. So I could like get the cops out there. Anyway it all ended out to me looking like a puss tell the cop told me if I hit him I could be sent to D home for Abuse of elderly or something.

So this was the plan, the guy had no right to talk to us cause I belive its freedom of speach to say whatever we want.. right? So with that in mind we were gonna try to get him to hit me so we could have some sort of child abuse case going on and pay for some christmas presents. So plan went all well except the fact that when I was hit I was sitting down with some old fuck hitting me so I just threw him off and got security, Yah pretty pussified thing to do but the guy is really fucking old and I didnt like get hurt or anything so I just accepted it as a little love tap from a friend. So after that he runs and you can just read the story about the cop. From what I was woundering is it true if I hit him and it left like a minor bruise would I really haft to go to prison or d home? Also next time can I actually hit someone of that elder I was tought never to touch a elder cause of some sorty of law that makes them more special from the rest of us? Is there such a thing? Also if I find his house cause I think we know were he lives can I still file a complaint? Seriously I wana know what the hell to do cause I just made my self look like a pussy and its not like me to not fight back, but I kinda actually thought this one out and pointed out the Consicuenses before I actually did anything.

There are shitloads of bullshit laws out there...they're called "catch-all" laws. If a cop really wants to give you a hard time...he'll find a reason to. So yeah...if the old dude was to complain to the police..they could write you up for disorderly conduct or some shit.

Something very similair happened to me, it's uncanny how similair...

Basically, back when I was 16... I went into the bathroom of this local family-owned restaraunt to fill up some waterballoons for a prank we were gonna do. The owner followed me in to see what I was up too. He was this big old guy...I'd say at least 60. He walked in an acted like was going to take a piss...and then he noticed what I was doing. He told me to stop it. At first, I didnt know he was the owner. I thought he was just some old fuck getting pissy over nothing. I just say "what...why do you care". He was all "im the owner of the place...get the fuck out of my bathroom". So I said "fine dude..why you gotta be such a fag?" He then leaped at me and pushed me the fuck out of the bathroom and up against the wall with both hands on my neck and began to choke me out. He then literally through me out the back door...I hit the cement face first...got up and turned around...and he had already closed the door. I couldnt open it...it could only be opened from the inside.

So I went back around and into the restauraunt and screamed something along the lines of "youre fucking dead you cocksucking mother fucker...your boss is going to prison". The whole restaraunt just froze up and I walked out...and then they came out as I was walking away and said "were calling the police" and I was like "GOOD SO AM I FAGGOT, YOURE GOING TO JAIL...YOU JUST BEAT UP ON A MINOR".

So I called the cops. They took pics of my neck for evidence. Took down my report. Then they went over to talk to him. He told them about what I said, and then the cops came back at me and were all "sooo lemme get this straight...you went into the restuaraunt and screamed ....YOU'RE ....DEAD....COCKSUCKER". And I was all like ..."yeah dude...the guy almost made me black out....the guy was a 100 pounds heavier than me...I was pissed"

long story short....the cops sided with the owner...even though I didndt do shit. They said he would file charges against me if I filed charges against him...the cops told me to forget about it...and if I ever went back in there they would arrest me. I cried. I cried because I did the right thing...and the law did nothing for me.

My friend was at my house when the cops were telling me that I was at fault. He got pissed and started arguing with the cops. Then 1 of the cops grabbed my friend by the neck and put him against the wall...simulating what happened to me...and asked him some question I cant remember. It was fucking whack.

Thats why I never will call the cops to handle my shit. There was another incident where the cops did nothing to help me...but this post is long enough as it is.

btw...1 year later I went back to his building and tagged swastikas all over his building they just had it professionally painted and everything redone. Had I not filed a police report to begin with...I wouldve broken all his windows as well.

-Go to public phone booth, dial 111 (or 911 wat ever), scream say your being raped/smashed..whatever. Then leave the phone booth while you and your friends throw rocks threw the windows.. All the while the police are still on the line.
-Gap the motherfucking scene, you never no what police could be in the area and called to the scene.

Thoe the guy was like maby 180 and 6"2 im just 150 5"11 and at the time I was in shock I probably would have gotten arrested for man slauter if maby he had a heart attack....
