Would you pay a nominal fee ($5/mo), or a one time lifetime long term of like $50, to get UNLIMITED upload file size, on DisturbedFilms, and possibly a custom page with all your videos

The normal users would be stuck with a max file size and there videos would no show up on "New Videos box"

As DisturbedFilms is not even cutting even, If this would work, the paying users would not see ads or something, maybe more features.

I voted no, because I started dfilms because I was sick of trying to find a free host for my videos, when I first started it there wasnt filecabi and all those other sites it was either freewebs or somthing like that. I dont want to put bandwidth limits or filesize limits on anyone and I want it to be free.

So basicly vote all you want but its staying free

I was thinking more of it being a premium service, having unlimited size, because

people who are serious users have generaly larger videos
any may be able to shell out a tiny bit of money

Cant you do something different like offer peoples videos on the main page for a small fee.
Just so it plays as soon as you go on dfilms. Just a idea

No, because you'd completely lose the whole point of being a free video host.

anywho, weve decided after consideration that we cannot make profit off the site and therefore are selling it http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/showthread...490#post2374490

I didnt see any offers...link?

Plug in some per-click Ads, multiply your monthly gross by 12 = the value of dfilms.
