My recall and write function of my brain seems to be turned off at the moment, after a single nights crap sleep. It truelly is surprising what a crap nights sleep can do to you, as currently I can't remember shit. At work today, I made a directory on my server and when I went to go into the directory I couldn't remember what it was called, happened loads of times today. I am forgetting words I usually know how to spell, and after 10 minutes of hard thinking... I remember them, but I can't spell them.

Anyone else get this problem when they are tired? I just can't recall or memorise anything today Image file not present in the recovered backup

That's me everyday, except for the spelling thing. I used to read a lot, so spelling comes naturally.

I do only get about 5 or 6 hours of sleep every night though Image file not present in the recovered backup

I have the same problem. at the moment I normaly get about 5hs sleep and have probs just getting to sleep. And when it gets back I jsut cant think at all.... I have a very bad temper with people... the otherday I had to go CHRISTMAS shapping with only 3hs sleep.... The Mall was full and people just would not move... so I ended up telling some poor old lady "If you dont move now ill throw you to the first floor" my GF nearly killed me for it.

But yeah I knowwhat ya mean. your brain is just numb... And so are my eyes.

Also I dont think all the years of popping Es helped my memory too.

I'm the same, 3-4 hours sleep a night really fucks with your short term memory.

I lost loads of sleep after I broke up with my gf... then I realised my suffering was just her winning.

So I shot her.
