Have my gran over, staying for a couple of weeks and god, old people SUCK! It's not that she does anything particuarly wrong, she is quite sweet. It just annoys me how she is so close minded with her fuckin' old fashioned ways. "I hate the noise of TV, how can you bare it" Just because you don't like it doesn't mean 99% of other people DON'T!

Old people don't seem incapable of adapting to a modern way of living, I havn't watched TV since she has been here as she is always in the lounge!!!11

Those are not the only issues, old people just seem to be so unadaptable and it annoys me I have to fucking adapt to an old persons ways for a couple of weeks in my own damn HOUSE! No more loud music for 2 weeks, gosh!

It'll probably be like that when were old...Imagine how advanced everything is gonna be in like 30-40 years.

I know what you mean, my gran was round a few days ago, and she drove me and my dad home when we were drunk and I was tlking bout sex! and she sed it was bad at my age cos so many girls get pregnant cos contraception isnt 100% and that my auntie told my grandma that they always use lots of contreception (bullshit!) and yet somehow she pregnant again! haha

I'd flick her earings, wipe off her makeup, mock her and pretended my sis was my GF when we saw her first time when she was over here. But this one, seems to never have forgotten WW2.

well both my nans are awesome; they basicly cook or bake me whatever I want at anytime of the day and they love me to death. Just try and get your granny off the lounge and into the kitchen

Old people think because of everything they have lived through it makes them superior. They have overcome such adversity and feel we have not had to live with such hardships as they have, throughout the duration of our lives. However, seem incapable of comprehending that despite what they have gone through, we as humans have advanced so much and have gone through a revolution of technology. One, which, they are jealous and bitter towards as their arthiritic joints and rheumatism are unable to cope with the physical demands of pressing 'X+O+L2' to make Eddie Gordo do a fireball from Tekken 2.
