Bad news

Some of you may know I fucked my knee and had an operation. Had my outpatients today, the doctor said that it looks good, can't be certain about it getting better, but I can't run for 3 months, which puts me out of the rest of the season so I'm fucking gutted, also may not work, if it doesn't I'm gonna need another op. I'm bummed and thought I'd share my news here, most of you cheer me up well...
