Transparent iframes

Well I need help with this...I have gone through some sites for some help and all it has done is confuse me.

So can some one...Explain it....like you would to a compleate and utter noob

I am not 100% sure what your talking about.... You want no frameline right? Or isitsomething else.

Well...on the new site...it has a background...its not plain black

So like a seethrew iframe..So its just the text

Ah. you need the Background to stay still yeah? So it does not move when you scroll? If so thats not the iframe its the background code. And I am not 100% sure it works in FireFox.... it might but I know it never used too
