Blurring Faces?

Does anybody know how to blur faces on any program.. preferrebly vegas?

Adobe After Effects?

No idea how. Look for a tutorial.

I don't no anything about vegas but I know how to do it in Premiere.

Blurring faces in vegas:

First, take the scene you want to blur the faces in and copy & paste it directly above the same scene. You should have 2 identicle peices of footage on top of eachother in Vegas. Add the mosaic or blur effect to the footage on top. After that, go to the top one and hit the "event pan/crop". Edit the frame size to the size you need the blur to be, then use KEYFRAMES to make it move with the object/person/camera.
