When I play the videos I shot in my cam , theres this fuckin lines in all the screen, all the fucking time.

And sometimes I cant just play videos.

The "rec counter" (I dont know the name of that thing, but iits where it shows how much time have you recorded)


Whats happening.. I need your help

Attachment metadata survives, but the file is absent from the recovered server backup.

Flip it to camera mode. Press record for a second or 3. Flip back to VCR mode and it should work.

your camera's head and/or tapes are dirty. Purchase a head cleaner.

I thought instead of making a new thread I would use thsi one

Basically same problem Except its happening to old footage too..
Footage I no is fine beacuse I used it for our promo but when I watch it on the cam or upload it it has fat ass lines across it or just plays blue...???

best buy or big ass retail stores with camera equipment will havce something like that. you can probably get one at like fucking save-on or something probabaly, I know they have vhs cleaners.

yeah I bought a head cleaner and nothing worked so I think the footage is dead, fucken pity aye, whenever I play my footage I get huge fat grey lines across the screen. meh!

mine is big black lines, lucky this thread is here otherwise I would be shitting myself I only got my camera 2 months ago, and the footage was working like 5 minutes ago and now its not, so it sounds like a head cleaner is what I need

In Jessops they're like £20.
