As kids, (up to about 17-18) we have a slight proneness to dehydration which is what a hangover actually is, this goes as you become an adult, not like overnight or anything before anyone says anything. but yeah basically we don't experiance a full hangover yet... god forbid when I do... A cold shower and a warm blanket with some hot chocolate.
Thats what I do when I'm hungover / getting over that guy I dated..

nah I hate water it makes you feel bloated and wanna spew
coke it good because it gives you that needed sugar
and I find yoghurt has worked a couple times...

I like to make myself puke. Then I always want a fry up, but my mum won't cook fry ups, and I only ever had one and someone elses like twice, but they are the best. Then a shower and brush my teeth!
