youve got to register it with the official Trademark offices of your country. It can be a bit pricey.

Yep, I believe so. I remember hearing its around $300 in the US. I'm not sure though.
I'm not sure if that search covers foreign Trademarks. I believe it does, because I did see some Trademarks that were located in other countries. And I believe it would, since there is an international law reguarding Trademarks.

looks like BorDumB is clean, and I think it'll be more than the listed prices on the site WEAK, because that is the USPTO... but here's the american pricing.
(1) $275 per class for a TEAS Plus application that meets the requirements of 37 C.F.R. §§2.22 and 2.23;
(2) $325 per class for an application filed electronically using the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS); or
(3) $375 per class for an application filed on paper.

Freak Inc. is trade marked, but no one has trademarked freak.inc, but weak told me once that trade marks also protect names that sound similar.
