I noticed that since we started doing stunts more people have been talking to me about "rejected" and every time we go to a party somebody always wants us to do a stunt (which we do just to promote us) even the other day we went to our school hockey game and this group of older people came up and asked "what are you guy gonna to to this game ? everyone is waiting for you guys to do something stupid" so we ended up throwing a fish onto the ice and running away.

the thing that piss's me off is that when we first started people were calling us losers, nowadays those same people want to be in our videos.

but some people still love us or hate us

any other stories people would like to share ?

I've made more friends because of WJDC and we've got quite a few people like our vids around here. It's cool.

I am notorious in seattle area, I can walk my way into clubs that most people pay for, we have entire an school faculty watching our vids at lunch break during school hours

I get stopped sometime from people who have seen my videos in town, some mainly ask about my artwork.

After we started selling our first video we gained some noriety around school. We'd get people we didnt know talking about our videos, or people wanting to come along on the next filming session. This was all many years ago. Once your out of school it doesnt really mean shit.

I wanna disagree with you weak, but I don't wanna make this about me and my group again, not being sarcastic either or disrespectful to you, or conceided like usual cause you really opened my eyes when you said that shit to me the other night. but I still think that a "group" not saying mine can have alot of influence on your community and friend network if you know how to work it right.

I get this all the time.

"mark, if theres any smashed windows or and fucking shit broken, I'm comming to you first"

or

'Mark, theres this fucking loser that did XXXXXX to me, can you like kick of his mailbox or some shit?"

And I also get randoms shouting "WORD" or "DESPRO" at me

We always have to convince people that we are in freak.inc when they talk about it.

It gets annoying after awhile, but I could be a fucking movie star and people would still hate me lol.

And people get pissed when I bring my cam to parties.

ya when people first watch our videos they always think its some popular jocks that are making these videos for some reason, then people find out that it is us. thats why I added a "crew" section to our website.

yeah around my school a bunch of people ive never seen before come us to me and othe members and talks about videos. And a couple times people at parties know me from the site, or me being somewhere else and being tanked.

More people hate us cause we take advantage of them for our video.

But yeah a few people RECOGNISE YO.

had I started during school...I probably would have had more people come up to me...but now...no...I'd say I'm less popular...lol

okay when me and my friends started getting into the whole homegrown scene we were watching other groups and stuff to get ideas then we came across the urban warriors.

One of the memebers Ted was in the group at the time and I know most of my friends fancied him so they became drawn to uw.

we became fassinated as they lived so close to us, and we were always talking about ben dance or Oli ashwell as they were our favourites (well the only members we knew who thier names were)

When one of my friends met ben and uw at a local bandfest she was saying that they were going too to her house and I remeber most of us were so jelous!! we were always talking about uw!!

Me and Kim then decided it would be fun to get into a group, and so then I signed me and kim up to this forums from a link on the uw website (are name was UNhinged-the name of our group (which didnt really take off or go anywhere due to lack of intrest from most memebers))

After that everything changed. Kim met Ben and everyone at a local youth club thingy. Then we met nicco and arch rivals in Petersfield and just really started being friends with them.

Now its just like, yeah I know ben whats the deal ?!

I have friends who are like obbsessed with uw and some other groups I made them watch, like muppets

there is this one guy at my school, who will do ANYTHING to meet Ben. (Ben your like his role model :S lol) I just find it really strange :S

I supose if I hadnt of signed me and kim up to HGF then we wouldnt know most of the people we know now!!

This person asked if he could crush a can over my head because I did it in the hunt.

People ask me to do shit at parties and around school and stuff; hair on fire, blowing firballs, high jumps. All coz of a video I took on my cellfone of my climbing out of the window of a car onto the roof. Then I sent it to my friend who showed some people, who told some people. Yeah.

it was similar for us. like when we first started straight away people liked it, but some people hated it, thought it was really gay, but now people want to be in the videos.
