easy man.
- for quick jobs I just quickly cut out the head and use a feather of 1 or 2 px (press L to get the tool)
- adjust the colours and brightness so it fits the original body colour
- put the head in place on the other pic and rotate it and scale it to get it right.
- merge the 2 layers
- use Healing Brush (J) and Clone Stamp Tool (S) to make it look smoothly
- make some shadows with Burn Tool (O)
and voila.. pro pic
