This chick got tired of our empty promises to make b.I. t-shirts, so she made her own.
If you can't make it out. It's the lifeguard guy from Duran's Arrest Video, and the caption under it says
"Waste of Public"
I'm thinking of getting hoodies made with that on it. Black hoodies with the picture and text in white. (Not all faded white like this girls shirt).

I had some dude talkin to me about it on aim the other night. apparently he's in the business. It'll cost like 300 bucks to get like 20 hoodies. with that image on the front, and www.boredom-induced.com on the back. They'd look fuckin tight.
And I think the lifeguards face is funnier, haha. It's more of an inside joke that way, and that dildo is such a dildo, that he needs to be on a shirt.
