I wasn't meant to take them, but mam said I could (she's a nurse) so I did, you don't know how wank it's been lol.

ahhhh man I know that gonna be a bitch to heal, when I diclocated my knee a while back nothing went wrong part from it disclocated, I been doing physio and its still so weak now, hurts if I stand up too long, click alot etc.

so im guessing its gonna be a bastard till yours is normal again.

Well I play a lot of sports so it's healing well because I'm well fit, innit, yeah but it should take about 2 months to get back to playing level. So im gonna hit the protein and the gym so hard and come back a stone heavier ^^; how'd you do your knee?

was fuckign around with my brother kneeing each other in the top of the leg, my dad said what are you doing, I said giving each other grandads, and he said what the fucks that, so I explained its called that coz it gives you a dead leg and makes you walk like an old man, then I sed "yeh just like this" and demostrated haha, I bent my leg at a fuckt up angle and put all my weight onto it and it jsut pooped out. it was total agony, it was out for about 5-6 hours. and the morphien didnt do shit. since then its always hurt and never really healed.

so yeah it was my fault it happened for messing around and for being such a fat fuck
