ok heres the story as many of Delayed Reactions and RetardZ supporters know. we meet up to film a whole weekend of stunts, I made a trailer to this weekend, which was named ''THE WEEKEND OF CHAOS''

right, so as the response was massive (we still get people asking about the full version and when its coming out)

I edited the whole weekend into a 8min mixup for the Homegrown Collection DVD that mike moody is selling.

so if alot of people want to see this exclusive edit...is it not a good idea to use it in the DVD? more sales, or exposier for everyone starring in the DVD...and at the end of the day...makes moody more money which is his biggest concern. the fans should be the ones who are dispointed that they cant just download it not mike

mike dont like the fact the weekend was mostly different flaming table stunts, now I cant change what we filmed that weekend, I dont want to change it because the stunts we did film was good stunts, it was a good weekend for all we all was pleased with the outcome...well apart from louzy heros stunts (puss) lol

I just want to make this thread to show him hes been in the homegrown sceen 5mins and dont know anything when it comes to HG, only making money...well its all hes intrested in at the end of the day.

hes also saying he might cut up our section and take our dvd plug out...

after the 'deal' we take part in this project was
1 I edit our section. (after loads of trouble I got it done, 23mins)
2 I get the music. (had to fight to get the bands to sign and sent it out before xmas)
3 I plug our dvd for 10secs. (it ended up as 4secs)

im going to be plugging this DVD for him on our site, myspace to friends ect and he wont do the same for us?

im pretty pissed off hes acting this way towards me.

iv been warned about him loads of times by certain people who knew what he was like but I gave this dude a chance and hes starting to show me that them people was right.

im sure its always been what people like that sells DVD's not the guy in the middel who puts it out.

Dude post the full version here for your fans, if Moody is gonna cut it anyway then atleast let your fans see the full version you put alot of work into.

moodys got the only copy, I dont think hes going to re-edit WOC just the fact I used it in our section aswell as 2 other full mixups

dude the only thing I can say is that you are plugging a video not indorsed by his company. would you want me putting tpmvideo.com at the end of your homegrowncollection trailer and posting it everywhere for everyone to see. I doubt it especially knowing you marc you are all about yourself. besides you already signed a contract and I doubt that it had "I edit all my own stuff" written on it. so talking shit to moody is not gonna help the situation if you really want to resolve this threatening tactics are not going to work with someone who has a contract that you pretty much signed your life away too

He could cut it into two or three parts and put it in differn't places around the dvd.

A lot of people is waiting to see the retardz part on this dvd, some are buying it only to see that. Moody is fucking stupid if he cuts it out

because the dvd was ment to be 3hours long with everyone having a 20-25min section,

I edited mine which ended up at 23mins then he tells me its going to be a 90min dvd instead

so I said im not re editing my part after the hard work that went into it. and sent it as it is..

and taking the dvd plug out is because 'he had no clue I was going to plug it' when iv got him in a email saying its fine that I plug our dvd for 10 secs

because it's through another company, thats why it's wrong. It's not wrong but it's bad business ethics. If everyone promoted their shit on everyone elses dvd's than it would just be........well it would be actually good. But still from a business point of view as a producer it's bad, if we all did that for eachother like the family we are supposed to be it would be really good. but I don't see that happening either, so I have to go with moody on this one and say that he should take out your plug strictly because you already have certain things you signed. and if you were a ruthless business person like me you would of made him put it in writing instead of taking anyones word beyond just that.....words

ethically if he said he was going to than yeah he is in the wrong, but you knew things about him already that should of been a forwarning of things to come your way if you didn't have it in writing, so for that he is wrong and it is your mistake. Only because you knew he says things and than does another. Actions speak louder than words, if he really told you that he was gonna use your promo than he is wrong in not using it but he is not legally binded to do so.


I honestly sent him some of my best footage, I doubt alot of groups did the same. So if you are saving the best shit for the retardz dvd, than yeah maybe he was dissapointed in the shit you sent him because you sent stuff that wasn't your best.

Being that I was one of the first groups stuff he received I think it might of set a par for him when other peoples stuff came, and maybe my best stuff is only a little bit better than most of the stuff you guys sent because it was just shit you didn't really want anyway. I don't know I'm just making an assumption that Marc wouldn't send his best shit to moody like I did

honestly the only way to get back at him, is to post the whole section that you sent him, than people won't have to buy the dvd if they are only buying it to see the retardz, they will already have it for free so why buy it and make moody more money,
