I agree as well. You couldve told him to fuck off like the admin of ckf did, but you stood out of it and let him conduct his buisness. Without this place I sincereley doubt his project wouldve ever got off the ground.

Amungst other reasons, this is why I didnt send my footage. I dont like the idea of giving my tapes to someone with a pre-signed release form before I even know if he's gonna be using my footage or not. Its pretty shitty to get involved in a project, and then to find out youre footage was rejected, or in this case, left in the dark on the status of your involvement.

I had them RUSH deliverd because MOODY said the deadline was AUG 21st (or somewhere around there) so I sent them as fast as I could I sent moody two packages the first one he claims he "lost", and the second one he tells me this.
and I sent the second on a DVD-R disk

true, im not defending him but I do remember reading somewhere in one of the HG dvd threads saying the quality was not worthy to be in the main DVD,
but he might have a mix ups in the bonus section with leftovers & he could use the footage in that.
im geussing that idea was scrapped or the quality was to bad to even use on the mixup
