GAY. Howard Jones is a good vocalist, and this is coming from the guy that has met the band twice (both singers) and considers them his favorite band by far. Killswitch Engage is totally bad ass. As is Blood Has Been Shed, (Howard Jones' other band from Columbus, OH) (which is about 20 mins from where I live) that a few people I talk to introduced me to, and they're good friends with Howard. And I think that Howard has a fucking sweet voice, just because you're into Jessee Leach's style, doesn't mean you guys have to bash Howard. Howard also looks nothing like Vin Diesel, he's a huge guy I'll admit, but still looks nothing like Diesel in person at all.
Now that my little rant is over, I choose to Null Vote, get Alive or Just Breathing for starters. A much better CD in my opinion than the self-titled, but The End of Heartache still comes second... But really, get the Alive or Just Breathing, it was their first MAJOR release, after they signed from Feret records to Roadrunner.
Here's a breakdown...
KsE - KsE (Feret): A good hard cd.
KsE - Alive or Just Breathing (RR): Includes several songs from the self-titled album, and some more melodic type songs, including My Last Serenade, My personal favorite.
KsE - The End of Heartache (RR) Very Melodic, but also Hard in many songs. My second favorite.
I also recomend you listen to some stuff off of Roadrunner United.
