how do you water mark an image or title onto footage using premiere 6 ?

just put a title in there and edit the opacity if you want it to be faded out a little.

do it in premeire. Don't you know how to add titles and such?
If not, make your watermarc/title in photoshop and save as a .psd.
Then drag the .psd to the line about your footage, and play with the opacity.
