Help with logo banner thing

Hey, just been coming here alot recently and noticed theres some awesome photoshoppers on here, and I was wondering if someone could help me create a logo for my website.

so far ive just been working on the gallery and forum and embedding the gallery in the forum etc but need help with design as I am weak in that area.

The first thing I need is.....

You need to get yourself a skin, check out the phpbb website, or http://phpbbhacks.com as they have many. That should give you the look you're after. Regarding the banner, I'll leave that to someome who's a lot better than me, but you gotta give some specs of what you exactly want.

yeah ill kinda get the skin around how people design the banner, colours etc.

What dimensions do you want the banner to be?

haha he wont use that....would disapoint people when they see his gallary. they'd expect that banner quality graff

I think its best if you find a skin then make the banner around that as skins are harder to get then a banner which if you get afew people here to make one will do whatever fits the skin.

Get the skin first dude, Doyle is right. When you got it, I'll have a bash at a banner, I aint god at PS like other people but I can knock up something pretty decent.

well does anyone know a really good skin for a site like mine?? What are some really great ones

if I get a skin for my forum, is it easy to get skins for gallery?
The gallery is called Gallery2

Leave me the dimensions and colours you want and so on, il give it a go when I get back home.

107 x 48 pixels for the small one
still working out the bigger one and colours
