I know what you mean. I don't even really talk to people on MSN anymore unless it's someone I wouldn't get to talk to face to face or if I would need to call someone I'd check to see if they're online first and talk to them on MSN.

How comes I can't move my desktop icons to wherever I want?

You've got your desktop on Auto Arrange

Right Click on your desktop > Arrange Icons By...> Then Auto Arrange should be ticked, just un-tick it

What he said. I always mess mine up though... I play something and it rearangs mine becausei t changed my screen res :( So I give up making my desktop funky now :(

Anyone know how to get that shortcut to shuting down onto your desktop, and are there any shortcuts that u desperatly need there?

I cant remember how I did it. I think it was editing the reg because that stops you from doing it. Check google.
