lol you can't play cs:s if you downloaded it off some torrent or something, it requires a key to download the updates and it requires steam as well, so you can't play it at all if you downloaded it.

I just got the game and I went to join a server and it said that the server had a newer protocol (7) than me..??

Other good tips: Be fast as hell, dont move with the scope on... lol, switch to secondary after each shot...
