is there anyway to download a file off file cabi? because tommoro im going to backup all our videos onto cd but theres one video on file cabi and im not sure how to get it off.. so is there away?

If the video plays on screen then just right click and properties it, get the url and open in Windows Media Player and then save as... Or link me it and il get it for you.
